Cursed (2017) takes place in Poland, in the period 1945-1948 and tells about the soldiers of the armed resistance who are fighting against the government for what Poland should be like after the war. These people, despite the great superiority of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, supported by the Russian NKVD, fought to the end for their cause. Most perished, but the memory of them during the Polish occupation was deliberately altered. To this day, their fate leaves no one indifferent, and some circles consider them bandits. The story of the main character is written based on the fate of the last of the “cursed soldiers” Franciszek Józefczyk ‘Lolo’
