“Radko Murzov’s art is complex and rich in spectrum. His paintings are in different genres of easel art – portrait, figural composition with historical-heroic and labor themes, with scenes from everyday life, with associative compositions of poetic-metaphorical nature, still lifes, landscapes, etc. They are performed with different techniques of painting – with oil paints, acrylic, using plastic primers and classical techniques of painting, cycling, layering, etc. A large part of his work have drawings with charcoal, pencil, colored pastels, watercolors and graphics in combined printing techniques – offset and digital media.
The works of Radko Murzov in their multi-layeredness reveal to us human meaningful dimensions of reality. They are those fabulous islands of reason and beauty hidden in colors, on which we stand so that we can orient ourselves in the problems and in the dynamics of our life existence “, says for the artist Plamena Dimitrova-Racheva, art critic.
